We use our best efforts to maintain the confidentiality of fact that your business is for sale and the confidential information that you provide us.

Before we identify your business or give prospective buyers any confidentiality agreement, they must sign a confidentiality agreement. The agreement includes such terms as:

1. They will protect the confidential information given to them.
2. They will not contact or solicit your employees.
3. They will not contact you directly without our approval.
4. You, the seller, have the right to obtain financial and credit information about the buyer if you provide seller financing.
5. We represent you, the seller, not the buyer.
