Our engagement agreement has the following major parts:
You give us authorization to sell your business.
The term of the agreement is month to month until canceled by either of us.
We will market your businessfor you
You will use our Sell-Biz-For-U™ business system to provide us with information about your business.
Considerations
Our program only makes sense for you if you are willing to do some of the work yourself in exchange for a lower than industry average success fee if we sell your business and the freedom to fire us at any time if you are not happy with our work.
