Letter from the President

Dear USA Dance Triangle Chapter Members,

It has been a privilege of mine to serve you in the role of president for the past six months. The board has been working hard to make your experience an enjoyable one that has you excited to return each month for our social dances. We are also evaluating ways to enhance the chapter's image in the community. We have a number of ideas that we are pursuing in conjunction with community involvement and always welcome your feedback and suggestions as it relates to events in which the chapter can be involved. We appreciate your feedback and this is why we have begun asking for feedback about the music at dances.

We are hard at work with the providers of the software that we use for the dances to address some issues related to the skipping of songs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and are working to find a solution. In the meantime, we truly appreciate your patience and ask that you forgive us for any songs that may be skipped in the coming months. We are adding additional songs to the playlist in an effort to combat the issue of finishing early because of the songs being skipped and hope to continue to make the dances a wonderful experience for each and every one of you.

If you have any suggestions or comments regarding the music or ways to improve your experience, please let a board member know and we will address the concern at our next board meeting.

Thank you and I look forward to seeing you this month!

Seeking Dancers for the State Fair

Triangle USA Dance usually does dance demos on one of the Saturdays during the State Fair in October. We are currently seeking participants for this year's State Fair. If you or your dance team would like to participate, please let a board member know, or reply to this email. This is a great way for us to expose the community to ballroom dance.
