Our Monthly Dance

Our group holds a monthly dance with great music. Most months include a group lesson (free with paid admission) taught by local instructors one hour before the social dancing. Our dance is held at Highland United Methodist Church, located at 1901 Ridge Rd. in Raleigh. Wear comfortable attire, though please, no shorts or jeans.

Letter from the President

 

Dear Triangle Chapter Members,

Thank you for the completion of a successful year, and I want to specifically thank you for making my first year as president a success. We continue to have one of the most  attended social dances in the area and appreciate your continuing support to reach USA Dance's mission of expanding ballroom throughout the United States. To further this mission I challenge every one of you to invite someone that has never attended our dance to come this month to our dance. We want to strive to make ballroom dancing a popular hobby in North Carolina and continue to improve participation in USA Dance.

I would also like to invite you all to our First Night event in downtown Raleigh as we will be holding a dance on New Years Eve, including lessons and general dancing, in an effort to continue growing ballroom dance in Raleigh. So please come out and spend your New Years with the Triangle Chapter!

We are looking forward to a full 2011 and I hope to see all of you out on the dance floor over the next 12 months. Thank you again for your support and hard work!
